How do I view my Crown & Anchor® cruise points and tier?

Crown & Anchor members can view their points and tier benefits on the Royal App or by logging into their Guest Account page online.

If your loyalty information is not displayed, please add your membership number on the dashboard screen or in the settings. If you still cannot see your loyalty details, feel free to email web_reservations@rccl.com for assistance.
