Where can I fill out a survey regarding my experience on my most recent sailing?

After your sailing we send a link to the guest satisfaction survey to your email address on file.

To make sure not to miss it, please note the following:

  • The email comes from royalcaribbean@express.medallia.com.
  • The subject line is: “Share your thoughts on your recent cruise experience with Royal Caribbean.”
  • Surveys are managed by our trusted partner, Medallia.
