What exclusive communications does a guest receive when booking the Royal Suite Class program?

Star Suites

  • Approximately 90 days prior to sail date, the primary guest on the reservation will receive an email on behalf of Royal Genie Services which contains a preference-based questionnaire. This tool is used by the Royal Genie to begin to help get to know them and to be able to create a personalized experience. This questionnaire may be forwarded to other members in the party if so desired; or the primary guest may choose to complete this on behalf of the entire party. Please note that only guests residing in a Star suite are entitled to Royal Genie Services.

  • Approximately 8 weeks prior to sail date, the primary guest on the reservation will receive an introductory email from Royal Genie Services, using knowledge gained from the completed questionnaire to work with their guest to curate a personalized Star Class experience. Please note that Shore Excursions, Perfect Day at Coco Cay cabanas, and Spa Services should be reserved by the guest or travel partner at the earliest opportunity as these may sell out by the time the Royal Genie makes contact. Restaurant reservations, onboard activities, show reservations, and in-suite functions do not need to be booked in advance and can be accommodated within the 8-week time frame.

  • 1 week prior to sail date, the Royal Genie will contact the primary guest on the reservation to coordinate their arrival to the ship and provide direct contact methods.

Sky Suites

  • 7 days prior to sailing, Sky guests will receive an introductory email from their onboard Concierge. 

Sea Suites

  • 7 days prior to sailing: an email reminder
